Neighbouring towns move their townfolk around in secret to unite witches safely under one roof. The witch hunter observes the movement but not who goes where before they try to capture witches from up to 2 towns.
The townsfolk need to:
- Free captured witches;
- Gather pairs of witches to charm or curse the witch hunter; or
- Form a coven of 3 witches to win!
Can you form a coven before the witch hunter captures 5 witches?
