The terms and conditions (“information”) compiled in this document are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of the any person seeking to rely on the information by visiting our website at www.presesentsofmind.com.au or by contacting Presents Of Mind on (07) 3367 3711.  “Presents Of Mind”, “we”, “us” and “our” are references to Presents Of Mind, the trading name of L1 Trading Pty Ltd a company registered in Australia under the Corporations Act 2001.

The Terms and Conditions in this document govern the use of Presents Of Mind’s Online Shopping Service (the Service). The Service includes shopping, returns, and participation in promotions run by Presents Of Mind.

Collecting

All of our products are available in our physical stores, so if you would rather collect them yourself instead of wait for shipping, which is pretty quick, you have that option.  Make this choice at the Checkout page under Shipping by simply selecting Collect from storename instead of our Flat Rate Shipping.  Easy and FREE!

Once we have gathered up the items of your order, we will contact you by phone to confirm that it is ready for collection.  As we may need to transfer stock between stores to fill your order, please do not come to the store until we have contacted you.

For sales > $100, collection requires the person to show official Photo ID e.g. Driver’s License, that matches the buyer’s identity.  If someone else is picking up the sale then their details need to be provided in the notes at checkout.

Shipping Within Australia

UBER Delivery is now available to our Brisbane customers.  Fast and Convenient.  Simply select at Checkout and when we have your order we will phone with a quote for the delivery.  You can then pay the UBER Delivery quote or choose another shipping or collecting option.  UBER Package Delivery fees vary based on the distance from Paddington and start from $9.95. Note that you must be at the delivery location to receive the UBER Parcel Delivery. 

Express Post is charged based on the order size and delivery location.  Once your order has been submitted, we will contact you with a Express Post price quote for your consideration. Details of this service are available at Australia Post Express Post.

FREE Shipping is available for orders over $99 to most of the Brisbane area and beyond. This covers a large area reaching to Ipswich, Yatala & Caboolture, based on our shipping providers coverage. The specific post codes included are: 4000…4024, 4026…4069, 4071…4123, 4125…4179, 4205, 4207, 4300, 4301, 4303…4305, 4500…4510, 9000…9015, 9464 and 9600.  If you do not qualify for FREE Shipping then we still offer FREE Click&Collect and a great Flat Rate Shipping option. 

Flat Rate Shipping $9.95 is is available for all deliveries within Australia with the exception of a few products that are very large/heavy.

For all shipping methods, orders usually leave our premises within 1-2 working days. Shipment Tracking details are emailed and customers can use this to monitor shipments, change details and lodge enquiries if there are delays.  Our couriers do their best to deliver orders promptly but hiccups can happen and as a result we can make no guarantees on shipping timeframes.

If you have a specific date it must be there by then contact us beforehand and we will see what we can do.  Please allow as much time as you can at Christmas because it gets really busy in the festive season. 

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is valid and that someone is present at time of delivery.  It is for this reason that we recommend delivery to a business address if possible.  Alternatively if you are not home, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office or an agent, with instructions on how to collect your parcel.

Shipping Outside Australia

Overseas deliveries can be arranged by contacting a Presents of Mind store directly, using the Contact form on this website or you can simply create the order online with International Shipping selected.  No need to pay anything at the time of placing the order.

Once we know the details of your order, we match them up against several international shipping courier services and then notify you of the best option.  No need to pay until we have provided you with an International Shipping Quote and then its up to you to decide if you wish to proceed with payment or not.  We know overseas shipping can be costly, so that’s why we put in this extra effort to make things easier for you.

Any Customs Fees, Taxes and others charges if applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the shipment recipient.  These types of charges if applicable and the free thresholds vary from country to country and it is not possible for Presents of Mind to provide any advice on them.  Do your own research before placing an order.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is valid and that someone is present at time of delivery.  It is for this reason that we recommend delivery to a business address if possible.  Alternatively if you are not home, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office or an agent, with instructions on how to collect your parcel.

Product Returns

Shop with confidence at Presents Of Mind.  If you are not satisfied with your product(s) then send them back to us within 30 days  for a refund – based on the conditions below.  Easy!   At Christmas time our present to customers is that the refund period starts from Christmas day.

You will have noticed we provide plenty of information in each product listing, but please contact us before making a purchase if you have any product related queries.  We’re here to help our customers, and we know our products.

To receive a refund, you will need to return the item in a re-saleable condition, undamaged and in its original unopened packaging.  If any seals, packaging or anything else is broken or removed it cannot be returned.  To be sure contact us before you return the product.  If the item does not meet re-saleable conditions then it will be returned to you at your expense.

We do not refund our shipping and handling costs and you will be responsible for return postage costs.

Goods Damaged on Arrival or Defective

We pack every shipment well in thick cartons to prevent damage en-route to you.

In the rare event you receive a damaged product or it is defective, unsafe or differs from the product description, then contact us within 30 days by phone/email so we can determine the easiest way to proceed.  We may send you a replacement/component or issue a refund.  You must keep all packaging and we may ask you to take the item to a post office to mail it back to us (at our expense). Do not send the item to us until we have instructed you to do so.

Some items will come with a manufacturer’s warranty as indicated in the documentation provided with the relevant goods. Should you wish to make any claim under a manufacturer’s warranty, you can do so directly with the relevant manufacturer.

Colours and Sizes

Presents Of Mind provides high quality pictures of our products.  Please be aware that whilst we have done all we can to ensure that you see real life colour, depending on your viewing screen the colours may appear slightly different to the actual products. Presents Of Mind also try to ensure the packaging, colour and any photographs are accurate, however the actual colours and packaging of some products on the website may vary from the current version of the product.

Prices Displayed

All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of GST.  Presents Of Mind takes all steps to ensure that prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices should we inadvertently publish incorrect prices. If this should happen after you have ordered a product on the site and have passed through the check out, we will contact you prior to sending your order and notify you of the correct price. You will then have the choice to either proceed with your order or cancel the order.

From time to time Prices Online may differ from those in-store, as different stock levels and promotions may be run exclusively at the website or in stores.

Marketing & Promotions

By purchasing products or registering as a member you agree that your details including your email address, mailing address and mobile phone number may be used by Presents Of Mind to keep you informed about future products, services and events provided by either Presents Of Mind.  If you wish to change your contact mechanism (specify direct mail, telephone or email) or opt out of any communications from Presents Of Mind you can do so by amending your details on our website or alternatively contact us at +61 7 3367 3711.

Unless otherwise specified, sales and discounts are applied to our prices by use of a “coupon code” at the time of check out. To ensure that you obtain advertised discounts please ensure use of the relevant coupon code at check out. If you proceed through check out without use of a coupon code, please contact customer service for adjustment to your payment.

Gift Cards

Presents Of Mind eGift Cards can be purchased online in a range of values.  They will be immediately emailed to you so you can send/give it to the recipient.  To redeem a eGift Card you simply present the Gift Card to any Presents of Mind store or you can use ir online.  Conditions of the Gift Card are written on the Gift Card and are as follows:

a) Not redeemable for cash.
b) Cannot be used to buy another Gift Card.
c) Valid for 3 years from date of issue.

Children

Presents Of Mind will over time provide content and information which children may find interesting and may wish to access. However, no one under the age of 13 years is allowed to provide any personal information. Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited from making purchases, including subscriptions, on the Service.

Disclaimer

From time to time Presents Of Mind may have to refund customers for orders that are placed for products that are out of stock for various reasons (incorrect technical stock sync, too many items selling before a new stock sync is completed etc ) We will notify the customer within 48 Working hours of placing their order if this has occurred.
